from a coastal town in South Carolina called Frogmore, near Beaufort. Local shrimpers threw together some local shrimp, potatoes and corn into a pot

of boiling water, added some zesty spices and created what is now known and well-recognized as Frogmore Stew.

Frogmore Stew is made from restaurants to backyards by people all over, but Lowcountry Boils Catering makes Frogmore Stew unique with our

exclusive Charleston’s Lowcountry Spice.

Lowcountry Boils Catering is locally owned and operated by native Charlestonians. Growing up in the south, they learned from past generations what
